(For iPhone) My steps has not been counted since I started using this app

Please follow the steps below to check your iPhone settings.

  1. Open the “Settings” app on your iPhone
  2. Tap “Health”
  3. Tap “Data Access & Devices”
  4. Tap “How are you?”
  5. Please set “Steps” ON.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please also check the following settings.

  1. Open the “Settings” app on your iPhone
  2. Tap “Privacy” (*Depending on the iOS version, this may be “Privacy & Security.”)
  3. Tap “Motion & Fitness”
  4. Please set “Fitness Tracking” and “Health” ON.
