The terms of use described on this page apply to the “Breathe – Gameful mindfulness” provided by CAT Techs. Those who use this app must agree and comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using this app and uninstall this application. By downloading, installing or using this app, the user agrees to these terms. In addition, this agreement may be revised as necessary. If these terms are revised, the revised contents will be applied immediately.
1. Purpose of this app
The purpose of this app is to provide a function that allows users to practice mindfulness in a fun, game-like manner, with the aim of improving their daily lives.
2. User’s rights and responsibilities
Users may use this app only under their own responsibility. Users agree to be responsible for any and all acts that violate the obligations under this agreement, that are not in accordance with the purpose of this app, or that are made using this app, as well as for any damages including we may suffer.
3. Prohibited matters
Users are prohibited from doing the following acts. In addition, if the user’s violation causes damage to us or a third party, the user shall be responsible for compensating for the damage.
- Any act that interfere with the operation of this service or damage credibility.
- Any act that violate laws or public order and morals, or acts that are likely to do so.
- Any act that infringe on the rights of others.
- Any act that infringe on any and all other intellectual property rights such as copyrights, patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, know-how, etc. of providers or third parties.
- Any act of using this service for profit without the permission of us. (Profit here refers to any activity that involves the exchange of money. Even if you are a non-profit organization, it is prohibited to use this service for the purpose of obtaining business profits without our permission)
- Other acts that we judges to be inappropriate based on reasonable grounds.
4. Precautions
Please agree to the following precautions before using this app.

・This app is not intended to treat or improve the user’s specific illness or health.
・When using this app for breathing exercises, users must be aware of their own condition. If you feel any discomfort or pain, please stop using this app immediately.
5. Disclaimer
This app may be added, modified, deleted, or discontinued without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of using this app.
6. Usage Environment
This app does not guarantee safe operation in all usage environments. Depending on user’s environment and the device used, some or all of the functions may not be available. The recommended smartphone operating system for use of this app is iOS 15 or higher or Android 12 or higher. In addition, in order to detect breathing, which is the main function of this app, the device used must be equipped with a front camera.
7. Usage fees
Users are responsible for providing the equipment necessary for registration and use at their own expense and responsibility. Some functions of this app can be used free of charge, but users are responsible for communication and other charges related to the use of this app. Subscription service is required to use all functions of this app.
Provision of Subscription Services
Users can receive subscription services under the conditions specified by the Company. In addition to these Terms, users shall comply with the subscription service fees, payment methods and other individual terms of use.
Except as specified in the individual terms of use, subscription services can be cancelled at any time, but even if the cancellation is made in the middle of the scheduled subscription period, the subscription period cannot be changed and the purchase cannot be cancelled. In such cases, fees paid will not be refunded, nor will pro-rated refunds be made. However, this does not apply when required by law.
If the user does not complete the cancellation procedure for the subscription service by the specified date and time, the subscription service will be automatically renewed.
8. Intellectual property rights
All rights, including copyright and trademark rights, to all data, text, illustrations, and information provided in this app, as well as to this app, belong to us.
